Dearness Allowance = 25% of Basic Pay

House Rent Allowance=15% of Basic Pay

Provident Fund=8.33% of Basic Pay

Net Pay=Basic Pay + Dearness Allowance + House Rent Allowance

Gross Pay= Net Pay – Provident Fund
